WE have regrettably received several letters from historians indicating that the world- famous Institut für Zeitgeschichte in Munich, Germany, is no longer allowing access to David Irving's unique collection of Nazi records and interviews deposited there 1964-1990. The IfZ refuses however to return the collection to him.
