Veranstaltung
mit Jonathan Mozocchi Faschismus
in den USA Der
Bombenanschlag vom 19. April 1995 auf das
Bundesgebäude in Oklahoma City, bei dem 168
Menschen ums Leben kamen, markiert ein neues
Stadium in der Entwicklung des Faschismus in den
USA. Die
faschistische Gefahr kommt kaum noch von dem tief
gespaltenen Ku Klux Klan, sondern von kleinen
Terror-Zellen, die auf dem Konzept des
„führerlosen Widerstands" aufbauen und in
einer diffusen faschistischen Massenbewegung
verankert sind, die sich selbst als Bewegung
Christlicher Patrioten bezeichnet. Der
Bombenanschlag von Oklahoma ist direkte Folge eines
Rechtsrucks der etablierten Politik in den USA und
einer immer stärker werdenden Milizbewegung.
Er war ‚nur' ein Höhepunkt von
faschistischer Gewalt, die gegen
UmweltaktivistInnen, gegen Schwarze, gegen Schwule
und Lesben und gegen Abtreibungskliniken gerichtet
ist. Diese Bewegung hat der demokratischen
Gesellschaft, die sie als „ZOG" (Zionist
Occupation Government - Zionistisches
Besatzungsregime) bezeichnet, den Krieg
erklärt. Timothy
McVeigh und Terry Nichols, die wegen des
Massenmordes in Oklahoma angeklagt sind, kommen
direkt aus diesem Milieu. Sie sind die
Verkörperung des „führerlosen
Widerstands" und seiner bedrohlichen Ziele. Diese
neue gefährliche Strömung des
US-Faschismus ist - selbst nach
US-Maßstäben - schwer bewaffnet. Die
Ideologielieferanten und Führer dieser
Bewegung sind Hardcore-Vertreter „weißer
Rassenüberlegenheit". Die politischen
Vorläufer und Ideengeber für die
Führer der Milizbewegung sind u.a. die
Terrororganisation The Order, die Mitte der 80er
Jahre blutig auf sich aufmerksam machte, und
William Pierce, Führer der offen nazistischen
National Alliance und Autor von „The Turner
Diaries", der nahezu direkten Vorlage für den
Bombenanschlag in Oklahoma . Die
Amerikanisierung der faschistischen Bewegung in
Europa Die
langjährigen Verbindungen der extremen Rechten
in Europa und den USA sind gut bekannt. Die
Übernahme eines Konzeptes für Terror, der
von isolierten, unabhängigen
paramilitärischen Zellen ausgeführt
werden soll, durch die europäische
Nazibewegung ist ausgesprochen gefährlich,
insbesondere in Deutschland, wo Nazis der nur
halbherzig verbotenen Parteien NF und FAP verdeckte
paramilitärische Zellenstrukturen
aufbauen. Eine
Kombination dieser Strukturen mit den Ideen von The
Order und des „führerlosen Widerstands"
können sich als katastrophal erweisen und zu
einem „deutschen Oklahoma"
führen. Die
Veranstaltung mit Jonathan Mozzochi ermöglicht
es, sich über die Gefahren zu informieren, die
aus der „Amerikanisierung" eines Teils der
europäischen Nazibewegung entsteht. Die
Veranstaltungen werden auch einen Eindruck von den
Schwierigkeiten geben, denen AntifaschistInnen in
den USA alltäglich gegenüberstehen.
Anders als in Europa, wo die Bedingungen für
den Kampf gegen den Faschismus weitgehend klar
sind, wird die politische Situation in den USA von
einer Reihe von Faktoren beeinflußt, die
europäischen AntifaschistInnen unbekannt
sind. Der
politische Kampf gegen die schwer bewaffnete
Waffenbesitzerlobby, gegen den rassistischen und
antisemitischen christlichen Fundamentalismus und
gegen die reaktionäre Massenrebellion der
Milizen ist nicht der Kampf, den AntifaschistInnen
in Deutschland oder anderswo in Europa führen
müssen. Jonathan
Mozzochi ist Mitglied der antifaschistischen
Coalition for Human Dignity in Portland, Oregon, im
Nordwesten der USA. Die
Veranstaltung in Bielefeld findet am Freitag, den
16.2. um 20 Uhr in der BürgerInnenwache am

in the USA THE
BOMB attack of 19 April 1995 on the federal
building in Oklahoma City, in which 168 humans
died, marks a new stage in the development of
fascism
in the USA. There
is scarcely any fascist
danger still coming from the deeply split Ku Klux
Klan, but there is from small terror cells,
structured on the concept of " leaderless
resistance " and embodied in a vague
fascist
mass movement, calling itself the movement of
Christian Patriots. The
bomb attack of Oklahoma is direct consequence of a
right jerk of the established policy in the USA and
an increasingly strong militia movement. It was
"only" a high point of fascist
force, which is directed against abortion clinics,
against eco-acitivists, against Blacks, against
homosexuals and lesbians. This movement has
declared war on democratic society, which they term
" ZOG" -- the Zionist Occupation
Government. Timothy
McVeigh and Terry Nichols, who are
accused of the mass murder in Oklahoma, come
directly from this environment. They are the
embodiment of the "leaderless resistance " and its
menacing goals. This new dangerous current of US
fascism
is heavily armed - even by US standards.
The
ideological suppliers and leaders of this movement
are hard core representatives of "White
superiority". The
political forerunners and ideologues for the
leaders of the militia movement are among other
things the terrorist organization The Order, which
bloodily attracted attention to itself in the
middle of the 80's, and William Pierce,
leader of the openly Nazi National Alliance and
author of The Turner Diaries, the almost
direct blueprint for the bomb attack in
Oklahoma. The
Americanisation of the
fascist
movement in Europe The
perennial connections of the extreme right wings
in Europe and the USA are well-known. The
transfer of a concept for terror, which was to be
executed by isolated, independent paramilitary
cells, by the European Nazi
movement is particularly dangerous in Germany,
where Nazis
of the only halfheartedly forbidden parties NF and
FAP are building covert paramilitary cell
structures. A
combination of these structures with the ideas of
The Order and the "leaderless resistance " can
prove as catastrophic and lead to a "German
Oklahoma". The
meeting with Jonathan Mozzochi will provide
information about the dangers which develop from
the "Americanisation" of a section of the European
Nazi
movement. The meetings will give also an impression
of the difficulties, which anti-fascists
in the USA face every day . Differently than in
Europe, where the conditions for the fight against
fascism
are
to a large extent clear, the political situation in
the USA is influenced of a series of factors, which
are unknown to European anti-fascist. The
political fight against the heavily armed lobby of
gunowners, against the racist and anti-Semitic
Christian fundamentalism and against the
reactionary mass rebellion of the militias is not
the same as the fight, which
anti-fascists
inside Germany or elsewhere in Europe must
fight. Jonathan
