Despite the British police force's impressive success in identifying perpetrators the obvious corollaries are not being stated in the sadly conformist U.K. press: immigration is to blame.

JESSICA phones from a payphone in Cornwall. She and Benté have been down there on a week's vacation since yesterday. . . I say I am returning in two weeks, and can't wait to see them both again after over five months away on the road.

George Stern has bought a second-hand copy of The War Between the Generals, and finds it good.

I work all afternoon on . . . and until late evening on the old 1970s reviews of my books; they were sometimes stunning. But then, after Hitler's War, things changed. Joanne scanned them before I left. I wish I had had these scans to put before the court in 2000. It would not have affected the "ambush," but might have helped in the press.

NEW letter from Prof Dr Lange, our lawyer in Kiel. A minor German publisher writes, keen to take some of my books. I reply diffidently,

MORE and more people are questioning the official line on the London bombings, reports The Independent in London. I am receiving many emails in the same vein, drawing attention to the shifting Metropolitan Police line on the bombings: the Olympic-style hop, skip, and jump from four bombings spaced fifteen minutes apart to "nearly simultaneous" blasts, and now the uncertainty as to whether the explosives were commercially obtained, or acetone based -- these are just two of the uncertainties.

There is too the fact that a full scale mock London Underground bombing exercise was taking place at the same time as the actual attacks occurred: coincidence?

It looks as though the police had fragmentary advance information which they did not pass on to members of the traveling public -- unless their name was Benjamin Netanyahu, who was given a privileged piece of last-minute advice not to go to a 9 a.m. appointment at a certain hotel not a million miles from one of the blasts. It seems that not everybody qualifies to receive advance warnings. Some restrictions apply.

Now that reminds me of a company in the World Trade Center, called Odigo I think, which memorably received email messages advising it to get out of the Twin Towers at once, two hours before the first plane hit the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001 (it passed them on to The Mossad, but not to the FBI). Odigo's chief executive confirmed this rare incident in the press both on the day and later.

Nobody has ever offered an explanation for that striking good fortune, and like the Cleveland Air Traffic Control tapes on flight UA.93 it is not even mentioned in The Official Report of the Commission on 9/11.

I don't know what to make of any of this yet. Despite the British police force's impressive success in identifying the (we must say, alleged) perpetrators the obvious corollaries are not being stated in the sadly conformist U.K. press: immigration is to blame.

In the 2000 Lipstadt Trial I momentarily flummoxed trial attorney Richard Rampton by stating under his cross-examination on Day 15 of the trial of Deborah Lipstadt that immigration into the UK was to blame for racial unrest and hence also for the racist killing of the Black youngster Steven Lawrence in south London.

Here is the exchange:

David Irving: . . . He [Lord Hailsham] is a traitor because he has not had Britain's interests, the interests of the British people, at heart. He has failed [as a Cabinet Minister in 1955] to see ahead to the tragedy which massive immigration would inflict on this country. This country was existing in a relative state of peace. If you ask the family of Steven Lawrence, you will see the kind of tragedy that has been inflicted on an individual scale by massive immigration into a foreign country.

Richard Rampton: So people like the Lawrences, rather like your remarks about the Jews, have brought it on themselves, is that the theory?

David Irving: Oh, really! If this is the level of your advocacy --

It was such an obvious argument, that one would have thought that an eminent Queen's Counsel could grasp it: if the Blacks had not brought themselves and their delightful culture to the U.K., there would be no racist incidents against them.

So it is with the bombings. Out-of-control immigration into England, excused by the cowardly cloak-word "multi-culturalism," is the direct cause: if there were no Chinese in London, there would be no Triads; no Jamaicans in London - no Yardies, and no Black-on-Black violence. The equations are simple.

In this case immigration from Jamaica (the doubledecker-bus bomber) and from Pakistan (the three train bombers) has directly resulted in the misfortune of the fifty-five dead killed in the bombings (not a few of them immigrants themselves).

That, and Tony Blair's insane and criminal attack on an innocent sovereign nation, Iraq, at the behest of George Bush and, ahem, the few unsavory people to whom the American administration once again seems to be beholden.

I can just imagine Mr Rampton's sneering voice saying, "And who would those 'people' be, Mr Irving?", as he contrives to establish yet again the obvious: that there are certain folks whom I do not like, because of the misery they have generated around the world for decades, and for that matter the damage they have sought for thirty years to inflict on me too, in their global vendetta, the attempt to silence me and my writings on history.
